By submitting artwork to this open call, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Content Guidelines
   All submitted artwork must be suitable for a general audience (PG-13). Submissions may not include explicit, offensive, or political content. We reserve the right to reject any work that does not align with these guidelines or the spirit of the call.

2. Original Work
   You confirm that all submitted artwork is your original creation and does not infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights of any third party.

3. Use of Name & Attribution
   If selected, you grant permission for your name and artist information to be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, press releases, and exhibition materials.

4. Image Usage & Consent
   We will not reproduce, publish, or distribute images of your artwork for promotional or commercial purposes without your prior consent. Any approved use will include proper credit to the artist.

5. Submission Data
   By applying, you consent to the collection and storage of your submitted information for purposes related to this artist call, including communication, review, and record-keeping. Your information will not be sold or shared with unrelated third parties.

6. Selection Process
   Submission does not guarantee selection. All decisions made by the organizing team are final and based on criteria including quality, relevance, and alignment with the call’s theme.

7. Deadlines & Requirements
   Artists are responsible for submitting all required materials by the stated deadline. Incomplete or late submissions may not be considered.

8. Liability
   While reasonable care will be taken in handling submissions, the organizers are not responsible for any loss, damage, or technical issues related to submitted materials.

9. Right to Modify or Cancel
   The organizers reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the artist call at any time for any reason, without prior notice.

10. Agreement to Terms
    By submitting your work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
